Open or save the file Volunteer Information Form to your computer. Print out the page, fill in the appropriate information, and mail to:
Friends, Inc. volunteers can now complete the volunteer log electronically!
Current volunteers download:
Save this zip file to your computer. Extract it into a folder. There should be three files: Instructions.doc, Record.xls, and Timesheet.doc.
Open Instructions.doc and follow the directions to enter your time and mileage for the entire year. Email the resulting file to:
Use this volunteer log to complete your time and mileage by hand.
